Ground cable connection is about complete but not pictured. Order just the ground plane and stand with a pre-drilled hole for the current target, add a shelf, add a shelf with ferrite and absorber, or add an enclosure. Contact us with questions. We will offer retrofit guidance and materials if you ordered a VGP from us in the past two years, it still can be used with a tripod to get data pretty close to the fully compliant setup.
