2 GHz is the minimum called out in IEC 61000-4-2. However, a recent study conducted determined an oscilloscope of 3 GHz minimum is required to accurately capture rise time of 600 picoseconds. Look for the next revision of IEC 61000-4-2 to require a minimum 3 GHx osiclloscope
