Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your acquisition please contact us immediately for an RMA form and further instruction to return your equipment. Details about defects and other issues must be addressed prior to the issue of an RMA. Customer may return equipment for a full refund within 15 days of purchase.

New ESD Simulators will come with the standard manufacturers warranty - typically 3 Years.

Used ESD Simulators come with a 180 Day Warranty. In the event of failure ESDGuns.com will bring the unit into it's facility for evaluation. If the equipment is deemed abused by our technicians a notification will be sent to the customer and escalated to a Case. A representative from ESDGuns.com will contact the customer in effort to best resolve the issue that is favorable for both parties.
