OVERVIEW

Typical repair evaluations are completed in 2-5 business days from receipt of ESD simulator. Expedited evaluation and repair services are available at additional cost.

Each repair is warrantied and given a fresh NIST calibration (additional fee). Accredited 17025 calibrations are also available upon request.

Please note some parts for discontinued ESD simulators are no longer available (We've searched the world many times over!). ESDGuns.com can acquire parts but can take several months and be very expensive. In these cases it is recommended to purchase a new or used ESD gun with warranties and support life >5 years.
