  • 16 kV ESD Guns

    Browse ESD simulators rated to the required voltage levels of IEC 61000-4-2 (8 kV contact discharge and 15 kV air discharge). Most current model 16 kV ESD simulator guns are handheld, light and portable, with some extra voltage capability to allow you to further test and verify the electrostatic withstand immunity of your product. These units are suitable for CE Marking, RTCA/DO-160 and are ready for Mil-STD 461 CS118.

  • 30 kV ESD Guns

    Browse 30kV ESD simulators for ISO 10605, Mil-STD 883 and other high voltage electrostatic immunity test parameters. Current model 30 kV ESD simulators have easy to access and replace discharge networks to allow for specialized ESD capacitance and resistance testing.

  • RC Modules / Discharge Networks

    Discharge Networks or RC Modules (Specific Resistance and Capacitance values) are required for general standards like IEC 61000-4-2, SAE J113 and industry specific standards like ISO 10605. Resistance is referred to in ohms (Ω), Capacitance is referred to in picofarad (pF or "puff"). The most commonly used Discharge Network is for IEC 61000-4-2 and ISO 10605, expressed as 330pF/330Ω. There are over 50 combinations of Resistance & Capacitance depending on the standards and the applicable electronics.

    Batteries, adapters, ground cables, special test trigger fingers and other accessories for ESD guns. 

  • HBM / MM ESD Simulators

    Human Body Model (HBM) and Machine Model (MM) ESD simulators for semiconductor and microprocessor testing to electrostatic immunity. Compliance standards include IEC 60749-26, Mil-STD-883, ANSI/ESD STM5.1-2001, ANSI/ESD STM5.2-1999, JEDEC EIA/JESD22, GB/T17626 IEC61000-4-2 and IEC 61000-4-2 (HMM - Human Metal Model). Additional options for Charged Device (CDM) ESD testing available.
