Overview is now a division of The EMC Shop, working closely with it's customers to protect both parties and implement programs that help each party mutually benefit from the services offered. Keep in mind some key items when doing business with
  • Everything on the website is up to date to the best of our ability in regards to pricing and availability but is not guaranteed.
  • Equipment returns are accepted on a case by case basis
  • Most new equipment come with 2 Year warranties
  • Most used equipment comes with 180 Day warranty and fresh NIST calibration
  • Shipping is responsibility of customer
  • Rentals begin when shipped and end when returned.


All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.

New online ordering available by allows for Visa, Master Card and American Express Credit Card orders. Online merchant services are provided by Paypal.

All orders shipped or billed to California and Colorado are subject to tax.

International customers are responsible for import taxes and duties.

Shipping Policy

Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of item, including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller. Shipping costs may double if shipping internationally. If an item is damaged during shipping, seller will not be held responsible. preferred shipping method is FedEx and will prepay and bill unless otherwise specified. UPS and USPS are available upon request.


An order may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed or a purchase order processed, a cancelled order is subject to a 25% restocking fee

The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.

Refund/Return Policy

Orders are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint. If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.
